Employee
Benefits Consultation and Analysis
In order to more appropriately provide
direction and sound advice to our client base, Endeavor feels it
important to perform a thorough review of each of the various components
that ultimately determine the premiums your company will pay for
insurance. Among these components are various demographic factors
assigned by the insurer, plan of benefit selections determined by
the company, and claim data detailing employee and member utilization
trends (when available). From there, Endeavor aims to evaluate the
above data components to gain an insight into the perspective of
the insurer evaluating the perceived risk of your group.

The consultation process begins with
a complete and thorough review of your program. This includes understanding
the age and gender mix of your employee population, the geographic
area or areas of company operations, your specific business industry
class, and plan of benefit selections currently in place. From there,
the consultation process identifies core benefit requirements, evaluates
employee participation, and analyzes the contribution levels of
both the company and the employee.
If claim data is available, Endeavor
will aim to understand utilization habits of the insured members,
identifying potential problem areas within the program. This understanding
will allow Endeavor to make meaningful suggestions for change to
the benefit structure if necessary and/or provide better focus for
employee education efforts.
It is important that Endeavor formulate
a comprehensive program that gives your company and its employees
the most value-added package available, yet also takes premium costs
into account in order to maintain attractive and affordable options.
