John M. Adair, President

John Adair is President of Endeavor Insurance Services, Inc. In this position, he oversees all aspects of operations including new business development, risk and rate evaluations, product review and customer relations.

John brings to Endeavor more than 13 years of underwriting and insurance experience in the health care industry. In 2004, John established his agency career with a vision to enhance insurance carrier competition in the state of South Carolina. This effort brought two reputable national medical insurers into the group insurance marketplace, thereby, providing additional competitive choices from which employers could choose.

Previously, John worked as Director of Underwriting and, later, Vice President, of a South Carolina-based insurance company. He also served as Vice President of AtlantiCare Risk Management (Vienna, VA), where he oversaw operations and risk management, risk analysis, underwriting, reinsurance and product development.

John is a graduate of James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA, with a degree in Business Administration-Marketing. He resides with his wife and two children in Simpsonville, SC.
